Ikazuchi had gotten up today thinking it would be a fine day. It went along fine, giving him the illusion it was. The young ninja had a soothing bath, good breakfast, wonderful morning training and now he was on his way out of the Musha Clan household to spend time in the town because he thought things were going smoothly. Due to this illusion of a perfect day, he left home without his essential gear such as his armor and weaponry, so when he was ambushed by Ryuu's hitmen, he was sufficiently annoyed. With the help of his lightning clone and substitution, Ika was able to evade the fight and escape into town unnoticed.
Damn Ryuu and his damn men and their damn orders and this damn day.
He had reason to be upset. Thinking that today would be a fine day, he only came into town in his casual clothes, shirt and pants with his unique sandals and a few kunai. So when he got jumped, life be damned that he almost got killed. Now that his good mood was blown, he went through town sulking, hands in his pockets and a sour expression on his face.
My father will hear about this!
If only his father could do something about it. With no power to back his reign, he is just a figurehead until Ika is old enough to take the Seat. Sighing, Ika stopped by a bench, sat down and leaned back, cursing silently to the sky. What a day this has turned out to be.

(not sure if this is opened to the public but)
Shinzo stood on the roof of the ramen shop. he had a good meal and was ready to train. He looked around until he saw a boy sitting down on a bench. Shinzo could tell that this boy was strong and his sense of fighting stated to overwhelm him as he took a postion over the boy and waitng for the right time to strike.

As he yawned, Ika scratched his face before stretching his limbs out. He had gotten bored quick and without the right amount of enthusiasm, he couldn't have fun out in the town. It was those damn henchmen that through him off his groove. If he could, he'd throw them out of a tower. Shaking his head, the young Chūnin got on and started to walk off down the street, his arms crossed over his chest and his hands up the opposite sleeve. These robe shirts were pretty cool.
Something doesn't feel right.
Of course, whenever he left the safety of his home, everything felt wrong. Ika had the right to be cautious, people still wanted him dead. Now that his spot on the Clan Seat was secured, killing his father wouldn't change anything since it would only put Ikazuchi on the Seat faster and things would go down hill for those opposing parties. Still, to err on the side of caution, he was lightly gripping the kunai he had up each sleeve with the opposite hand, you know, just in case.
You're good, title had [O] which means open. :)

(oh crap i forgot that rule sonic I'll keep it in mind)
Shinzo quietly followed the the ninja. He had a feeling that he was already found out but, his own ego told him to keep it up just for a while longer. Shinzo waited for the ninja to keep moving until he was sure he was just barley in in sight be fore moving following again.
"Who is this guy" said Shinzo as he stood in a tree close to the ninja.
"I'll wait for him to rest then I'll surprise attack him" said Shinzo as he took position on a building above the ninja. If he was smarter he would of took precautions and used clone jutsu to hide his true present but shinzo never was the one to take those measures. Shinzo Notice that the ninja was preoccupied with something. This was his chance it was now or never and Shinzo dove head first of the building screaming "T-Rex Clew(pressure)" as he came down with a downword palm thrust.

His suspicions were true. As he passed a tree, Ika caught wind of some guy talking. It wasn't loud but it wasn't quiet either. So his stalker must be a Genin, who else was be that foolish as to not whisper while following someone? The only question now was this some test given to a Genin by their teacher, to follow and spy on another ninja? If so, this guy or girl was totally failing.
The moment of truth came and the Chūnin reacted to the noise of some guy yelling out a technique. The phrasing sounded like Taijutsu, so it was a physical fighter. Ika spun around, pushing off of the ground with his feet to launch himself up and backwards a few meters. As he landed, fifteen or so feet away, he assessed the situation. His opponent was a normal sized lad, dressed in all white it would seem.
"A formidable attack young padawan but you gave yourself away earlier when you didn't whisper when you should have. Now it's my turn."
Ika wasn't that skilled in Taijutsu, his skills were in Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu but he was trained to fight in hand-to-hand combat and his body was put through rigorous training to condition himself. So in all, he prefers using chakra over himself but he can take a few hits before tiring.
With his strategy formulated, Ika pulled his hands out of his sleeves, a kunai in each and dashed forwards, ducking low. As he neared, he pushed off of his left foot and zipped to the right, landing on the right foot and pushed off of that, zipping forwards and to the left. Ika performed this back and forth, zig-zagging his way up and around the Genin before he struck at Shinzo's left side with a kunai in hand but it was reversed so the ringed bottom would hit if it did.

Shinzo stumbled back from the hit and took a fighting stance. He knew that this was going to be a good fight. "this one has my blood boiling" said Shinzo as he thought of his next move. "I wonder if he's genin or even a chunin" he said ignoring the fact that he wasn't thinking this but stating it out load." I know what i'll do he'll never see it come" He said To himself this time. Shinzo bent his knees and a running positon. With his plan worked out he charged at his opponet.
"Cheetah like speed(Body Flicker)" said Shinzo as he vanished behinde his target. "Player Block Quarterback" He said As he tried to thrust his shoulder into his opponet form behinde.
Shinzo Knew this combo would work at at least give him an idea of this opponets level. Shinzo Figured that the ninja wouldn't be able to counter him if he attecked from behinde.

His attack had connected, though not extremely hurtful but most likely did some damage. His opponent had bounced back and began mumbling. Ika didn't mind what he was saying, just remained focused. As his opponent took his own stance before breaking into a run, Ika spread his legs and braced himself for an encounter. However, the other had something else in mind.
The young genin vanished from sight, no doubt the Body Flicker technique. Ikazuchi was well learned in the technique and knew what it could do. Upon hearing words being spoke from behind him, he could tell the genin was about to hit him and there was hardly a damn thing he could do about it. Well, almost hardly. Young Ika had a trick up his sleeve that he wanted to try out.
With his balanced stance and the momentum of his enemy, he simultaneously pivoted on his right foot, moving the left side of his body backwards to use his left foot to throw the ramming ninja off balance which would then allow Ika to throw him over his shoulder as he bent forwards, the momentum of his enemy coming into play here.
Should this work, Ika would leap backwards several meters, about five and wait, hands up and readily gripping his kunai. He could of ended it right there with a blade to the throat but decided against it. He wanted to see what this ninja was capable of, plus he was a little bored so he wanted to have some fun.
Bring it.

Shinzo Though the air as his opponnet mangaged to out manuvered him and threw him. Shinzo managed to bouce back by useing the throw's power to flipp off his hands and land on his feet, but the momentum slid Shinzo backwards into a wall.
Shinzo shock of the daze and watch saw his oponnet had moved back. It would seem that his opponet was ready to go toe-to-toe with Shinzo. Shinzo smiled and said "I like your style, Let's get dangerus" as he pulled out a kunai and ran at his opponet.Shinzo Blood boiled with excitment this was the fight he was looking for. He knew this guy was good from the moment he saw him but he wasn't exspecting him to be this good.
"ALPHA MALE CALLS ON PACK(clone jutsu) Yelled Shinzo as three clone of himself appeired. The clones and Shinzo surround the young man and rushed him.

Ika watched carefully, focusing on his opponent. He was able to recover from the throw but the momentum was too great and caused the genin to slide into a wall, causing minimal damage at the most. With a small smirk on his face, the young Chūnin waited for his opponent to make his next move. As it stands, Ika was on the defensive and would most likely stay that way until he could find the opening for a perfect counter that puts him on the offensive.
As he predicted, his opponent began to move again, rushing towards him. After the genin had yelled out a phrase, probably out of habit, clones appear around him. They weren't shadow clones as a genin of his level wouldn't be capable of such a skill but to prove that they weren't no shadows were given for them, signalling that they were just illusions. However, it was a decent technique, a master could use it efficiently. Nevertheless, Ika was slightly impressed by the ninja's quick thinking to use it to try and swarm him.
Keeping his stance, Ika looked to each side, watching as the clones and the the real ninja surrounded him. Able to identify his real opponent, Ika waited for the right moment before surging forwards and swinging his right hand at the real ninja's face. The kunai in that hand was reversed so if a punch was dodged, he could still turn his hand to try and cut his target.
Keep cool, attack with precision, do not lower your guard...

Shinzo took the punch head on and used the punch force to move out of the way of the attack. Shinzo smiled he knew This opponent would give him the rush he wanted. Shinzo also knew that the ninja was holding back as if he wanted to see his moves before reveling his own. this only mad Shinzo even more excited as he took a stance.
" Lion Recovers from blow" he said as she shook the the cob webs from his head. " Bee Hive Attacks Hungry Bear" Said Shinzo as pulled another kunai and he rushed the ninja. Shinzo Attacked in a slashing motion with both kunais.
As he attacked, Shinzo looked towards the wall behind e his opponent. He knew enough about battle to know that if could back his opponet up into the wall he could win, but he all wasn't aware that by look at the wall he was giving away his entire plan.

His punch had connected but a follow up attack couldn't of worked since the force of his blow was used for his opponent's gain, pushing him out of the kunai's range. It was a good tactic, definitely not something an amateur would do. Ika was slightly impressed but that wasn't going to do much for the genin. Before Ika could shift his position for another attack, the ninja drew another kunai and stepped in to attack.
In response to this, Ika threw his arms up, crossing them diagonally over his chest and face, to block the attacks. To prevent taking a direct hit, Ika also pushed off the ground and jumped backwards, only getting grazed by the slashing kunai. Even though he avoided the brunt of the attack, he was still cut and his clothes ripped, this ticked him off a bit. As he landed on the ground, he slid back a few inches, his back coming up against a hard surface.
Shit, the wall.
With his opponent closing in on him, Ika's options were severely limited. Since he was unable to get much footing, he could react quickly enough to dodge left or right. This would force him to finally use some jutsus, except none of them would be Raiton. Quickly shoving his kunai up his opposite sleeves, Ika formed the Ram Hand Seal and channeled his chakra, performing the Body Flicker jutsu. As per his nature manipulation, there was a minor blue flash where he stood as his chakra boosted his speed and allowed him to move really fast.
With his boosted speed, Ika shot to his right, forwards then to his left as he spun around. To the genin, Ika simply appeared a few meters behind him, seconds after the minor flash. Once that was done, he slid his right foot forwards, slightly bending his left leg and bringing his hands up as if he was a boxer except he wasn't making fists.
"You're good, for a genin. Are you ready to get serious?" He was preparing to use ninjutsu, preferably his Raiton jutsus.

Shinzo attack was a success as manged to back him to a wall but, what he wasn't planning on was that the Ninja would dodge him using body flicker. Shinzo had used this before and was able to catch his opponent off guard. but it would seem he was the victim this time. The blue Flash quick threw shadow off as he turned around to see his opponent behind him. Quick regian his scenes Shinzo heard his opponent speak.
"Your not bad yourself" He said As he took a stance. "I'm Shinzo Katetsu The Cloud's Thunderous Roar" He said as the clouds seem to roar when he said it. With his name stated Shinzo Seem to get serious fighting stance.
He knew his opponent was ready to take this to the next level and he was waiting. Shinzo Quick made hand seals as he Charged his opponent. "Cheetah Like Speed" He said As he vanished and appeared in the air above His opponent."Alpha Male Calls on Pack " As Four Clone appeared around him as he fell towards the ninja.

His opponent had named himself, Shinzo Katetsu, The Cloud's Thunderous Roar. Ika couldn't say he ever heard of him, it was probably a self-proclaimed title but then again, it was probably given to him while in the academy and since Ika was a Chūnin and already severed his ties with the academy, he didn't know of any other Genin that graduated. So it could either way. Returning to the battle, Shinzo had vanished but not before his mind registered the phrase 'Cheetah like speed'. That was Shinzo's code word for the Body Flicker jutsu.
Looking left, Ika saw nothing. Looking right, he saw nothing again. Looking up, there was the sun but also the identifiable voice and phrase 'Alpha Male Calls on Pack'. So an aerial attack along with clones. It was an interesting combo but with the sun shining, Ika's vision was diminished so the clones were unnecessary. Though not to take another hit, Ika pushed off the ground with his left foot while keeping his right foot in place so as he moved and it bent, he pushed off it too to give him a boost in speed, launching across the ground and away from Shinzo's landing zone.
Placing his hands on the ground, Ika pushed up and twisted his body, flipping and twisting through the air. He landed upright and facing the direction where he'd most likely find Shinzo waiting. With the adrenaline still pumping, he crossed the index and middle fingers of each hand, forming the Clone Seal. Focusing his chakra, Ika prepared to channel.
"Lightning Style, Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Channeling his chakra caused a blue flash to occur next to him, bringing the form and appearance of an exact clone of Ikazuchi.
It wore the exact clothes, had the same cuts and rips on its clothes as Ika did on his. This clone even gave off a shadow, making it hard to distinguish between it and the real Ika. Since it was time to get serious, Ika would not hold back, with the exception of his Nenten Waza. With both of them wearing grins, they stepped a few paces apart and performed the Hand Seals necessary for another jutsu. Two clones each appeared next to the both of them, looking the exact same except they gave no shadows. Starting to chuckle, all six of them drew a kunai from each sleeve. Even though only two out of the six could do damage, it could still confuse.
"I am Ikazuchi Musha, Heir Apparent to the Musha Clan of Kumogakure and the Blue Wraith. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Shinzo." Said two of the six in unison. The three on Shinzo's right took the same stance from earlier while the ones on his left turned their bodies sideways and aimed an outstretched arm at him. Shit was about to go down.

Makoto was a neat individual. Within his home there was a place for everything and for everything a place. There was never an item out of place if he could could control it. And considering it was his home and his home alone, everything was in his control. "Kichiri Kachiri", or "Precise and Perfect", the jounin's motto and nindo reigned supreme in the household. This extended to his experimental areas as well. His garden was set at a specific point outside, in measured rows. However, despite the order there was always that random variable that caused trouble. It never escaped Makoto's notice and nagged at his mind endlessly until fixed, sorted, or scrapped.
So when the man walked into his garden at the designated time in order to water his plants, his sight zeroed in on something that wasn't suppose to be there. Or, more specifically, something that was suppose to be there yet wasn't. Eight small plants in a two rows of four, however, three were tampered with. Two in one row and one in another at different points in the lineup. This would not do. Experiments must be controlled for superior results. How would he know if the changes he'd made in planting, temperature, and water concentration worked when both the of the groups had been tampered with?
Makoto let out an annoyed sigh. Now he'd have to scrap this one and begin the experiment anew. Even if the results were better due to the random happenings, Makoto couldn't document them anyway. So with that in mind, the jounin made haste out the garden and after grabbing his wallet and cloak was out the door. More specimens would be needed of similar quality. However, before that he'd have to fix the the area of experimentation. A small smile crept across his face. How he loved random variables. They kept things interesting. After all, if he could control everything life would become boring.
Taking a shortcut, his organized musing was interrupted by the sounds of battle. Shouts, loud enough to cause slight pain to the ears even at a distance were heard effortlessly. "Interesting..." Makoto muttered to himself. Should he take a change in protocol and deviate? The experiment would have to begin anew anyway so there was no rush. Why not find another experiment to preoccupy him. One where the results weren't set just yet. Curiosity winning over, Makoto turned toward the noise and made his way there.
It didn't take long for the sources to come into view. Two boys, sparring. Nothing odd about that. However, nothing particularly interesting either. The two weren't evenly matched either. Makoto couldn't help but let out a sigh. They were both rather sloppy, the one that was obviously still a genin more so than the other. Far from Kichiri Kachiri. For a moment he stood and watched, considering them. Analyzing form, control, and skill levels a bit more. Should he use them as specimen? Maybe they'd offer more variables if pushed?
Shinzo Katetsu, The Cloud's Thunderous Roar, most likely self named. The boy seemed resilient and full of energy, good for more physically challenging projects. Still genin too if Makoto calculated correctly. He was to unpolished for anything otherwise. The other seemed on the level of an average chunin, slightly younger than most and probably still slightly fresh to the rank. However, he also claimed to be a the heir to a clan. Musha. Makoto pulled at a mental file within his brain and carefully went over what he knew. And he wasn't disappointed. Pedigree types always had too much pride to back down from the more strenuous experiments.
Of course the both of them would rant and rave, it was expected. However, personalities pointed toward them just sucking it up and pushing themselves anyway. Makoto moved closer not bothering to hide his presence from them. "Lets test the reaction and go from there." "I'm curious why you two have forgone travel to a training ground for sparring. A civilian could get caught in on this." The man spoke up in a bored monotone. His hood was up, shadowing his features so he might have sounded a bit ominous. There was nothing for them to be worried about though, all fatal experimentation had been ruled out. The genin was still bound for a team and no one would appreciate breaking an heir no matter how exceptional the result.
