Shinzo's attacked failed and he was even more screwed by his opponent's clone. Shinzo just smiled and took a stance, with a smile he ran at the clones.Shinzo figured if he was going to lose he was going in style.
Shinzo was quickly stopped by a voice,he turned to see a man stand there in the shadows. Shinzo was curious about the man reason why he was there. Shinzo hoped that this man was an new opponent, that meant he could have an new opponent to fight.
"Tiger turns to study new pray" he said as he turned to the man and switch between a the two targets. " Tiger prepares to fight off his intruders" he said as he crouched down to fight. Shinzo's blood boiled he was excited as he was prepared to fight both ninjas. The mans word suddenly hit him as he really took a look a realized that they were fighting around home's.

The two physically real Ika's tensed their muscles, preparing for an encounter with the charging Shinzo. His new name should be The Cloud's Thunderous Boar since charging seems to be his favorite thing. The Ika on the right was readying to leap to the left while the Ika on the left was preparing to leap to the right. From there, each one would bounce off the walls of the homes to strike Shinzo from each side. However, their fight was interrupted by a newcomer, one with a hidden face. This newcomer's words spoke true and both Ika's stood up straight, taking a casual stance as their clones vanished, leaving only the real Ika and his Shadow Clone.
Who is this guy?
One of the Ika's stuck his hands up the opposing sleeves, crossing his arms over his chest. This was the real one and he watched Shinzo charge the newcomer. His Clone remained in an offensive mode, casual stance by standing straight with arms at the side but it still held the kunai in each hand. Ika was used to so many attempts on his life that any attacker got his full attention and he usually became focused from there, blocking out everything else. Fortunately, there wasn't any ordinary people nearby when the fighting began but by rights, Ika was defending himself, Shinzo had started the fight.
Now we wait...

Makoto studied them intently from the shadow of his hood. Alert. Wary. Curious. A good reaction. However, both were headstrong with an air of defiance. They didn't necessarily back down, neither from each other nor from him. That would have to be fixed. Confidence in strength was good. Naivety of weakness or being outclassed without realization was foolish. See everything in its entirety, effortlessly. That is what it means to truly "see". It was a careful balance. To see too much may lead to overestimation of oneself or an opponent. To look too lightly would mean missing something. Both could lead to a swift and sometimes painful death.
Even so...Makoto gave them a couple of claps. The reverberated loudly through the streets, but most of the bystanders had fled. Probably around the time these two started their skirmish. Suddenly after the fourth, the sound stopped. His hands remained frozen in that position. "Kichiri Kachiri, a good reaction," the jounin praised them as he got a closer look at the two. With this closer observation of the specimens, the looked rather average and unassuming. It made determining that fine like between challenging and breaking them all the more difficult to find. Perhaps he'd have to rely on trial an error? Maybe tread lightly before bringing out the more challenging tasks?
However, he had to taunt the specimens first. Appeal to their pride. Catch their interest. Reel them in one they took the bait. "Would you two be so kind as to move this to a training ground? If you both behave, I'll gladly overlook this slight lapse in judgement. And you should both relax, the two of you are way to stiff. Not like I'm going to attack either of you." As he said that, Makoto pulled a hand out of the position of clapping and wiggled a finger in admonishment. So much distrust nowadays, you'd think these two were trapped in enemy territory.
"I know a particularly good one if you two are willing to trust me," The jounin finished. And without waiting for them to respond he started walking. "If you two aren't too dense, I may be able to correct some of those sloppy movements..." He trailed off in thought. So many possibilities.

Shinzo steered for a few minutes at the man, he was expecting him to fight him but he didn't. The man seemed brush Shinzo off and even offered to show him a training field him. Shinzo figured this was a trap and he should just decline but the offer of a training field sounded to good to pass up. "Curious Feline accept strange man offer" He said as stood up and walked towards the man.
Shinzo wasn't to sure if this was a smart Idea but he liked the offer of going to a training field, after all training fields aren't called training field because it sounds nice. Shadow then Stopped and turned to the person He was fighting earlier."Honorable Monkey Bows to Worthy Opponent" He said with a bow to Ika. Shinzo then turned did the Same to The man in front of him. " I'm Shinzo Katetsu, The Cloud's Thunderous Roar" he said As the clouds seem to roar as he said it.

Ika watched the mysterious newcomer with a blank expression. His Clone was on watch, making sure nothing went wrong. Shinzo appeared to be fooled by this guy but Ika wasn't going to be a monkey to his tune. Casually, he pulled his right arm out of the sleeve and reached over to the Clone, placing his hand on its chest. It all happened so fast. With just a thought, the Clone turned blue then morphed back into chakra, being absorbed into Ika as a minor blue flash occurred on the spot.
"Well, it was an interesting spar, Shinzo. I'll see ya around." Completely ignoring the mysterious guy, Ika turned around and walked away.
After the adrenaline had disappeared, Ika was able to think more clearly and saw the man's taunt as it was. Just a taunt to set him off. Ika's skills may be lower than the man's but they were definitely not sloppy. Shinzo might need some work but that was only to be expected, he was a Genin. Maybe some other day when he wasn't feeling stubborn, he allow someone other than family to train him.

"Curious," Makoto hummed audibly more to himself than the two onlookers as he felt their movements through the earth. These two were still so distrusting, so guarded, even after a chance to grow. Was he not from the same village? Did he automatically have ulterior motives aside from the simple thrill of controlling the experimentation by the basis of their own calculations? Makoto didn't delude himself into thinking he was a master. Proficient in some areas, without a doubt, but a master among them, certainly not. Everyone was a student even in their own teachings, constantly learning and perfecting what they obtained only to discard of the less efficient ways. Every action caused another, in results and in opposition. One step would bring you closer to something and further from another. That step also had an impact to get you to the destination so you weren't stagnate and ended up falling through the earth.
Cultivate then harvest. That's how a man should live. One shouldn't be as close minded to think it only applied to farmers either. Pick an area of interest in the shinobi arts, make a path to it, prepare it, cultivate it, sow seeds in the form of skills within it, then watch them grow. Ignore the stares and words of scorn, never deny oneself to see slow and steady progress. Just because someone never chose a specific field to use doesn't mean it is worthless. Similarly, even if their field is similar to yours it will never be the same. Should you think that the progress is stagnating, begin anew. Look at it differently. Escape the comfort of the mundane. Perhaps after you'll then see that the next harvest was more bountiful than the last. See everything in its entirety, effortlessly. That is what it means to truly "see".
Yet, he couldn't simply tell the two this. His words would be empty, shape without substance. Makoto didn't look down on their chance to comprehend. He merely thought that the words alone would be incomplete without the guidance. After all, he was no sensei and far from a master. Still, he couldn't help but feel disappointment in the heir. He read the brush off for what it was, picked it apart and analyzed the structure that would be hidden from biased eyes. At least the loud one, as unpolished as he was, hadn't rooted himself so deeply into set ways that he thought that growth was impossible somewhere else. The chunin could learn something from the other boy. To be unyielding was to be prone to breaking. Alas, Makoto couldn't force the boy to bend.
The jounin beckoned the loud boy to follow with a glance back, giving a fleeting glance at the one walking away. "Be careful, young heir, you'll only break yourself should you continue like this." Makoto could see the boy becoming fragile in the future. Whittling away, rusting over, chipping, and finally breaking like an unkempt sword with all the pressure he surly put himself under as an heir. Yet all the jounin could do about it as their paths' separated was hope he was wrong.

Shinzo watched as the ninja away he was a bit confused as he hoped for the ninja to stay. Shinzo wanted to learn how he made clones from lightning, but it would seem the ninja had other plans.Shinzo then turned to the man and listened to him as spoke to the other ninja as he was walking away. Shinzo did really understand the mans words as it seemed to go in one ear and out the other.
Shinzo then wonder what the man was going to teach him if his opponent didn't want to join him. Shinzo then looked upon the man he was next to. Shinzo could tell that this man was was higher ranked then his last opponent witch made Shinzo Blood boil a bit as he hoped the man would teach him a high level move. Shinzo also hope to be able to fight this man also but, he also knew he did stood a chance.

For the most part, Makoto seemingly ignored the test subject he'd just acquired. Eyes ahead, while humming a tune to himself, he walked towards his destination. It wasn't far, like he said before, but it wasn't right around the corner either. However, though no one could tell, he was paying attention to the specimen. Seeing how he acted, judging the vibrations through the earth to get a feel of what he was thinking. Unsure steps. Nervous? Probably unsure of himself. However, they were quick enough for him to stay beside the jounin so there was some anticipation waiting beneath that.
Makoto didn't try to start a conversation. He was comfortable in the silence, despite how awkward it may have seen to any others. The world around him was as unconcerned with him as he was with it. People going about their business, ninja and civilian alike, didn't escape his notice, but they didn't provide a focus for it either. Already, he thought of various equations for this genin. What should he test? Strength, speed, or endurance? Perhaps chakra training rather than physical? Should he enhance strengths or cover weaknesses? Decisions...Decisions...
So deep was he in his thoughts, Makoto most likely ignored any chances of conversation the specimen tried to start. However, the training ground finally came into sight. A barren field with large rocks jutting from the ground, uneven slopes, and the occasional hill and tree here and there. Those would probably be useful later, but Makoto's eyes settled on what he'd be using now. A large cliff face stretched into the sky. The ground stopped at its base then went straight up like a wall. It was one of the smaller mountains.
"Sadly, I can't experiment too much considering your bound for sensei. That is if you don't have one already." Makoto turned to look at the boy. "But if you want to get stronger, this will be a good start." Makoto gestured toward the cliff that stretched into the sky. The peak was visible, but it was still a mile high. Out of reach for a mere genin. To reach it, he'd need to know himself better and get his body used to the training. Understand his limits. Knowledge to control his pace. Courage to continue when it seems out of reach. And diligence not to give up after a few tries. Not only would it train his body. It would train his mind. During and after, if he continued, the boy would become a better learner and ninja.
"The goal is to make it to the top without chakra. Under my supervision and only mine until you find the tutelage of another jounin." Makoto didn't need an idiot roping other idiots into their death while he wasn't looking so the seriousness in this statement was unquestionable. If his future sensei put him to this training it'd be fine since he would be watching, but not other genin. "I'll be climbing with you, just to be safe. If you feel your up to it, begin when you're ready." He stared, watching to see what emotions would play across the boy's face.

Shinzo gazed upon the the training field in aw he never been to it before and the idea of training here made him jump for joy. Shinzo was broken from his merriment of learning a new move when the man spoke. "Climb a mountain without chakra...Sound Fun" thought Shinzo as he approached the mountain.
Shinzo then thought about what the man said and spoke as not to be rude " Wolf hopes to join up with new pack" sai Shinzo meaning that he didn't have a sensai..yet and was looking for one to train him. Shinzo then looked up at the mountain, he never climb one that big before and the fact that he was going to be able to do this was exciting to him
"Goat scale mountain" yelled Shinzo as he jumped up the mountain side and began to ascend. Shino quickly found that this mountain was tougher then he though and began to slide down Evey few inches only getting maybe ten feet from the bottom counting the three foot jump started out with.

Fun the boy said. Makoto wondered if he could hold on to that notion. A challenge that seemed fun could grow into an annoyance after failure. Fun could shift to a chore if it was tedious and difficult. Yet, the boy seemed so simple in his actions. Whether this was more of a strength or weakness Makoto had yet to determine, but perhaps this would only be fun to him. Simple minds were often amused by simple tasks. However, while simple and straightforward may be well and good the boy could do with some clarity in speech. He sounded far from civilized. The role of specimen may have suited him more than Makoto first thought.
The jounin follow the boy with a leisurely gait in opposed to the reckless dash the genin preferred. Taking a firm hold at the cliff face, he almost sighed. So loud, so much wasted energy. If the jounin had to compare Shinzo to an animal he'd use one that puffed themselves up, screamed at the top of there lungs, and went into a frenzy of breaking things if only to try to intimidate their opponent because they couldn't win against it in a fight. A misshapen coal, but with a bit of experimentation could he turn it into a diamond that shined just as bright as any other?
A few minutes passed as Makoto slowly scaled behind him, callused hands having no trouble in keeping hold. The jounin even stopped on occasion since the boy seemed to be having trouble. Makoto moved to his side effortlessly. "If you're going to imitate an animal, think careful on what you're that trying to imitate and why. Smooth out your movements. Don't rush, but don't think so hard that you might stall either. Make sure the grip is there before trying to pull yourself up." A goat didn't just leap at any chance to gain ground. They measured the distance then controlled the jump. The boy had to take what was in reach that would hold him even if it wasn't as much distance that he could stretch too. He was eager, impatient, and not truly seeing the purpose.
At this rate he might tire out before Makoto expected. It was slightly disappointing. Makoto demonstrated, moving above him intentionally so that he could watch. Strength along was meaningless here.

Shinzo climbed up the the mountain some more and slid down a bit each time. Shinzo started to become frustrated as he could climb the mountain but, The he heard the mans words. Shinzo seemed to giggled as the man use his metaphor as his own. yet, Shinzo was able to understand the man and took them to heart as he took a better look at the mountain.
After figuring out what was the closed hand hold Shinzo spoke'"Eager money listens to wise master words" and reached for the next two hand hold and scaled the mountain some more. Shinzo scaled some more this time with only sliding down fewer time then last time. Shinzo looked back at the man as he stopped to look for his next best move.Shinzo could believe that he was doing this h was burly able to see the ground and he was doing it without chakra use.
Normally he would had scaled it with chakra and would of been up there by now. Shinzo then realize that he was slowing down and that made him want to move faster.Shinzo took a look at his net two hand hold and threw himself at them cause him to slip some.

Makoto remained silent after that. The jounin was just content to watch now. It was up to the specimen to understand the words and grow from them. Makoto couldn't guide him through everything, he wasn't even the boy's sensei. Besides, the purpose of the experiment was to see just how far the boy could go with his own power and if he held the potential to improve. All the jounin could do was show him a path that might take him to where he needed to be. The, specimen, itself would have to learn through trail and error after that.
Shinzo seemed to be holding out rather well considering the handicap of not being allowed chakra. The boy was about to pass his expectation when Makoto saw the path he mapped out. He nearly sighed at the brash lunge for more height. "So much for him surpassing expectations," Makoto thought, his bored drawl biting within his mind. The boy would loose his grip in his impatience. Worse, the handholds he'd been going for were already loose. They didn't provide him a proper grip and chipped away from the wall as soon as he touched them.
Though instead of plummeting to his death, unless he by chance fell on his head, Makoto lashed out to grab him. The jounin knew this would happen so he'd never strayed far. A hand caught him by the back of his shirt and Makoto held fast. Then with barely any effort, pulled him up and threw him over a shoulder before continuing. Without Shinzo setting the pace, Makoto fell into his own. Smooth controlled movements, scaling without paused as if he knew ever handhold the cliff offered. Before he knew it, he'd brought them both to the top of the cliff. Setting the boy down, the jounin spoke up. "Take this lesson to heart. You failed to get to the top because you forgot your own limitations and got impatient."
Then Makoto took a seat next to the boy. "If you choose to continue there will be times where you won't see the summit." Times during the night. Days where it grew cloudy and even rained. Sometime the sun might even blind him. This cliff would always tower over him until Shinzo could make it to the top on his own, out of reach and unconcerned with him no matter how loud he shouted. "But if you do manage to get here on your own, you may find a something you never knew about yourself."
Understanding. Knowledge. Courage. Diligence. And now, Makoto would show him more. The jounin pointed out. The sun cast shadows over other mountains, real mountains that pierced the sky in an attempt to stab stars. "However, to get here is only the first step of many. There will still be many who tower above you." Humility, the boy would need this as much as the other traits. Anyway, Makoto was growing bored now and he'd yet to grab the supplies he set out for in the first place.
So with those final words he stood. "I will be here at noon tomorrow if you wish to try again, until then there is a path down not to far off take it back to the village and rest." Then the jounin disappeared.

Shinzo felt himself fall but then he felt the man catch him. Shinzo looked down at the ground as he thought about what happened. Shinzo grew sad as he was being carried by the man. He thought about what his mother would have said. "I can't believe you can't complete a simple task like this what an idiot" Shinzo mom would have said. "I can't believe, I spawned such a thing" Shinzo dad would have said.
Shinzo didn't even notice he was sitting until the man spoke to him. Shinzo did speak he only listened to the mans words. Shinzo ears perked up when the man said "Take this lesson to heart. You failed to get to the top because you forgot your own limitations and got impatient."Shinzo thought about it. "I'm only impatient because wait in boring, planing is like not blocking during a fight it only going to hurt" He though to himself but Shinzo then thought about how he fell and if that was him by himself he would of died.
The man next word about "If you choose to continue there will be times where you won't see the summit." and "But if you do manage to get here on your own, you may find a something you never knew about yourself."Shinzo thought about it and felt encouraged by his words. Shinzo smiled inwardly as the man was will to meet him tomorrow.
Shinzo watch the man vanish and jumped down and headed for and jumped into a tree near the cliff he had an early day tomorrow and he was ready to prove himself to this man.
END?
