Name: Tenran "Swelling Storm"
Classification: A-rank (ninjutsu, kenjutsu, chakra flow)
Effect:
This technique, derived from the Kaze no Yaiba, covers the user's weapon in a sheath of wind. A mixture of chakra flow and shape manipulation compresses multiple layers of wind into super-high pressure air around an object (preferably a weapon), which distorts the refraction of light and renders what is inside completely invisible. Upon Makoto's katana, it covers the shape of the blade and renders it as an invisible sword with additional cutting potential and the element of wind. It lacks the capacity to annihilate the enemy like Kaze no Yaiba in close range, being more suited as a "enhanced weapon" in battle rather than a "killing stroke".
Nonetheless, it proves extremely effective in close ranged combat. The barrier isn't a vacuum, so the air constantly whirling around the blade is still essentially a weapon that can shred into the opponent if not dodge/blocked/etc. It also provides for an increased accuracy and defense against opponents unfamiliar with the nature of the user's weapon, as it is difficult for the opponent to parry slashes, lunges and thrusts. They cannot discern the length, width, reach, or trajectory of the blade, or even the fact that it is even a blade until they actually make contact with the weapon, which leaves them constantly on guard due to having to rely solely on the user's movement to decipher attacks.
They are confused both offensively and defensively, only allowing them to approximate the movements of the strikes and keep outside of the user's range to avoid being easily struck down. Against an opponent who can figure out the nature of the weapon quickly and correct the visual disturbance, someone who already is familiar with the weapon, or someone with a resistance to visual impediments (Dōjutsu), it becomes nothing more than wind around a object.
Exclusive: Makoto Kiyoshi
Notes:
-The jutsu/weapon is still blockable as the channel is still solid and the effect doesn't deviate from it further than an actual sheath.
-The entire weapon is included in this technique, from pommel to blade tip
-With the constant flow of chakra and the need to maintain the control for effectiveness the user can't vary the length/shape of the weapon (like Flying Swallow) lest they run the risk of breaking their own technique and wasting the chakra.
-Should fire jutsu come in contact with it, the technique will combust and harm the user.
Name: Shippuusen "Hurricane Flash"
Classification: A-Rank (ninjutsu, kenjutsu, chakra flow)
Effect: While Tenran is in effect one may choose to release the technique to conserve chakra. The user can merely cut chakra flow holding the compression and the previously compressed wind surges around chaotically, creating a vacuum as it diffuses into the air with enough force to knock over normal ninja and shake heavy, firm trees like a typhoon. However, this release can be directed in the form of "Shippuusen" which directs the compressed wind in a controlled release as a single use projectile blast.
With a single swing, one drops the barrier while giving a large burst of chakra to 'push' the chaotic winds in that direction. Shippuusen acts like a hammer, it creates a concentrated gale made out of super high pressure condensed air. The many air currents within the hammer collide and create vacuum pockets. From short to mid-range the attack will slam into the opponent(s) with a strong force and should they not be thrown away it will envelope them where they are assaulted by countless invisible blades (similar to the Sickle Weasel Technique). Further into long range the hammer effect lessens and the blades spread out to become less devastating to an individual, but more effective against large groups.
Exclusive: Makoto Kiyoshi
Notes:
-In terms of outright power, short to mid range would be similar in effect to the Great Sickle Weasel Technique except in a more concentrated area. Long range it would be similar in effect to the Sickle Weasel Technique spread over a larger area.
-Can be neutralized/thrown off course by jutsu of the same/higher rank.
-Uses Tenran as a prerequisite technique
Name: Jinpuusen "Divine Wind Flash"
Classification: B-rank (ninjutsu, kenjutsu, chakra flow)
Effect:
By holding the weapon in a backward wide stance and unleashing the compressed chakra differently a new effect can be achieved. By releasing the air directly behind the user in a controlled burst it changes into a supersonic bullet that pushes the user into a charge towards the opponent.
In the blink of an eye the user is blasted forward while at the same time the recoil forces them to attack (making the sheer momentum of their attack incredibly difficult to follow). The bullet is self sustained until the user allows the recoil by letting go of the remaining compression in a final burst. This makes the technique's distance vary. However, the user should never exceed a short distance because they are traveling in a direct line very fast.
Also, to go too far would allow a higher chance of counter attack. The 'bullet' expelled is so strong that it leaves a vacuum. Both enemy and ally alike could use the vacuum left behind by the attack to immediately rush in behind it by using the surge of air taken in by the vacuum as a slipstream. An enemy could easily kill the user if they know of the attack. However, an ally could use the burst of speed for a follow up attack.

-Uses Tenran as a prerequisite technique
Name: Shukuchi "Reduced Earth"
Classification: C-Rank (genjutsu)
Effect:
When cast successfully, this genjutsu confuses the perception of the surrounding area (similar to sly mind affect technique, only more directly localized). Trees, rocks, and even others will seem closer or further off than they really are. The controller can even choose how close they'll appear to be at various intervals. At higher levels, the user can make it seem as if they have superior speed and control the battlefield..
Exclusive: I won't mind if it becomes more widespread since genjutsu are a bit scarce, so I won't claim it as a self made technique.
Notes:
Name: Magen: Kuugashou "Demonic Illusion: Empty Fang Rush"
Classification: B-Rank (genjutsu)
Effect: The user's image distorts right in front of the enemy's eyes before sinking into the ground. Then, in their place a pack of wild animals (of the caster's choice) seemingly erupt from the ground to pursue the target. Once close enough, the beasts latch on, melding together and becoming seemingly solid stone and robbing the target of their mobility. Given that the subject remains conscious, this technique proves extremely efficient for information-gathering. Once the target is immobile; the user can choose to attack, disable, or interrogate.
Exclusive: I won't mind if it becomes more widespread since genjutsu are a bit scarce, so I won't claim it as a self made technique.
Notes: It's basically a variation of Tree Bind death since that technique is most likely konoha exclusive.
