Chakra Blade and Flaming Blade are essentially Chakra Flow so unless there is a specific effect or maneuver that is used during the jutsu that separates it, the canon variant would be the better alternative. Fist of Pride is a simple punch at close range? If so it seems more along the lines of D-Rank. Its to simple in execution and doesn't add any chakra to be a higher. Fire Dance is a tough one. Personally this looks like Nintaijutsu as it is, but some of them can blur the line. Just because a technique can be used in taijutsu doesn't make it one (chidori, rasengan). Still it uses no handseals for advanced control over elemental chakra for a powerful attack. I'd prefer if there was a prerequisite ninjutsu which used handseals. Then she used this technique, that would be more acceptable to me. However, as this is now I can't give it a pass.

What is the canon variant?
It's meant to be stronger than a regular punch.
I'll add in hand seals later.
Edit: added hand seals and I hope I incorporated the prerequisite right. I'm a bit confused as to how a prerequisite works.

The canon variant is chakra flow, its linked in my previous response.
A stronger than normal punch at close range would most likely still be D-rank.
The prerequisite is usually a technique of its own that comes before as a set up. So it'd be the technique that actually sets her extremities on fire first, which would use the handseals, then she'd preform the Fire Dance as a different technique as a taijutsu maneuver.

Will make that thread for Chakra Flow. It's kinda hard for me to see links on this site :/ Might be my screen.
Fixed.
